Our Staff
We have a dedicated, competent team of professional childcarers who provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to grow. All staff currently have or are studying for childcare qualifications ranging from NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Development, Early Years Professional Status to Early Years Foundation Degree and holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate.
All staff undergo a stringent recruitment process including DBS (police check) and have all received outstanding personal and professional references. Furthermore, at Wellybobs all staff are encouraged to take part in on-going Training Courses provided by East Riding Early Years department and have all attended a Course in Safeguarding Children. The Wellybobs Team takes great pride in their roles and responsibilities and endeavours to make all our children feel happy and safe in our care.
