About Us
Wellybobs Day Nursery Limited is owned and managed by Lucy and Richard Taylor, along with Lucy’s parents, Tina and Clifton Bland. The nursery has been in operation since 2011 and became a limited company in early 2014. Lucy is a qualified nursery nurse and has numerous experiences working with children of all ages, whereas Richard brings his qualifications in Business/People Management to the company. Tina and Clifton have Business and Finance experience and are solely responsible for the administration of the company.
Our Building
The nursery itself is purpose built to OFSTED specification, therefore putting the children’s welfare first and foremost. The building is designed with many themes in mind of which are natural light, air ventilation and climate control heating/cooling. Great emphasis has been placed on the design and layout in order to provide first class facilities.
The environment at the Wellybobs Day Nursery is regularly described by parents as being homely and welcoming. We like to think that from the moment you enter our nursery, you have a sense that the children are happy here. The building itself has been extended and is well designed, maintained and regularly invested in. The layout of the space has been thoughtfully considered to encourage social and exploratory play by all ages of children.

We pride ourselves on excellent teaching and learning standards which are delivered by qualified, competent and motivated staff, providing quality flexible nursery education through team work in a caring and sharing environment.
